DA LIU REN

The Court of the Six Ren

Da Liu Ren — the Great Six Ren — is the eldest and most revered of the Three Cosmic Arts (三式), the oracle of the Han court diviners and the art Zhuge Liang was said to consult before council. Where Qi Men maps the terrain of an hour, Liu Ren interrogates the question itself: from the meeting of heaven plate and earth plate it derives four lessons, distils three transmissions, and summons twelve generals to testify. It is astrology collapsed into a court of law — the sky called as witness.
