The Doctrine of Elections

Horary asks the sky a question; election tells the sky what you intend and asks for the hour. The method is Lilly's and Ramesey's: fortify the Moon, fortify the Ascendant and its lord, fortify the house and natural ruler of the thing you begin, and let no malefic stand at the angles. Every testimony below is weighed and written in plain consequence — what it means for you, and what to do about it.
