命卦 Ming Gua · East & West Life Groups
Your Ming Gua is the trigram of the Later Heaven Bagua that governs your personal qi, derived from your solar birth year and gender. It places you in the East Life group (Kan, Zhen, Xun, Li) or West Life group (Qian, Kun, Gen, Dui) and assigns the eight Ba Zhai directions around you — four auspicious, four inauspicious — each with its own Wandering Star.
- • Sheng Qi 生氣 (growth, income), Tian Yi 天醫 (health), Yan Nian 延年 (relationships), Fu Wei 伏位 (stability)
- • Huo Hai 禍害, Wu Gui 五鬼, Liu Sha 六煞 and Jue Ming 絕命 — the directions to keep dormant

形勢 Form School · 八卦 Bagua Sectors · Room Function
Walk through an interactive model of a dwelling and select any room — bedroom, kitchen, entrance, study, bathroom, dining, balcony, storage. Each room carries its own element affinities and taboos from the Form School: the command position, the coffin position, beams over the bed, stove-and-sink conflict, mirrors facing the bed. Then overlay the Later Heaven Bagua to see which trigram, element, life aspiration and organ system that sector governs.
- • Room-by-room element guidance: which to strengthen, which to keep out
- • Classical taboos and their corrections for every space
- • Combined room-type + compass-sector reading of any area
